Reports
Introductory pricing — rates will rise as state coverage grows
Four documents, each built from the government's own files and each linking every claim to its source record: two about one facility, two about an area. You never pick a tier — the price is computed from the public record, and the button states it before you buy.
Every report is a dated document: what the files said on the day it was made. It never changes and stays on your Reports page; a fresh look is a new order. Every purchase is made signed in — your order comes with you.
Facility Monitoring Report
From $19a month, per facility
A subscription that watches one facility: every covered government database checked nightly, an email when anything posts, and a report of the month.
- Every change posted in the period — violations, permit status, enforcement, penalties, records removed — each classed as a measured exceedance or a paperwork lapse
- The systems that stayed quiet, named: a quiet month is a finding
- The date each system was current through, on every report
Where you buy it: From a facility's page or the search grid, add monitoring to your order.
Facility Historical Report
From $99one-time, per facility
One facility's whole posted history in one document — federal, state, and OSHA records side by side — with 90 days of monitoring included.
- Every record the government systems have published about the facility, dated, with the government's own record id and a link to it
- The points where its state and federal files disagree, annotated, with the correction pathway
- OSHA inspections and citations matched to the facility by name and address, with the evidence shown
Where you buy it: From a facility's page or the search grid, add the report to your order.
Area Neighbors Report
From $49one-time, by facility count
Every regulated neighbor within a radius you pick around one facility, nearest first.
- Distance, direction, and elevation from the site, and a plotted view
- Each neighbor's databases, records, violations, and penalties on file
- The facilities in the zip with no posted coordinates, listed so the search is complete
Where you buy it: From a facility's page: pick the radius, the page counts the neighbors and states the price.
Area Summary Report
From $29one-time, by facility count
Every regulated facility in a zip code, a city, or a radius around an address, most records first.
- The area's totals up top, then one row per facility
- Each facility's databases, records, violations, and penalties on file
- The points where a facility's state and federal files disagree
Where you buy it: From the area search: the search counts the facilities and states the price.
Why records disagree
Federal systems lag state systems by weeks to months, and identifiers drift between them. As of Oct 29, 2026, more than 13,000 Texas permits and hazardous-waste registrations, more than 580 California hazardous-waste registrations, more than 7,300 Pennsylvania water permits and more than 1,400 Florida water permits, hazardous-waste registrations and air facilities show a state record disagreeing with EPA's — the kind of inconsistency that surfaces mid-diligence and stalls a closing. Our reports show both records, annotated, so the explanation is in the data room before the question is asked.
