An area report is a summary row per facility. The full story of any one of them — every record, dated, in the government's own words — is that facility's Facility Historical Report, one click from the area page.

Volume discounts — one rule for everything

The discount applies to the whole order — monitoring and facility reports alike — and a bigger order never costs less in total than a smaller one. Area reports are priced by facility count instead and sit outside this rule.

Consultants: order 5+ reports (or monitor 10+ facilities) and your logo goes on every page. Buy reports at batch rates, monitor at the ladder above, and bill your clients at your rates — the margin is yours, and we never take a cut.

Plain-English definitions

Full posted history
Every event the government systems have published about the facility — violations, inspections, enforcement, penalties. Discharge-report archives reach back to 2009; enforcement records often decades further.
Included monitoring
Every report includes 90 days of monitoring on every site in the order — the same alerts subscribers get. If any covered database posts something new about the facility, we email you. No auto-renewal — it just expires.
Major facility
EPA's designation for facilities under mandatory oversight — large dischargers and major air-emission sources. Auto-detected from the public record; you don't choose it.
Multi-State
We watch your state's own environmental databases alongside EPA's and flag when the two disagree — status conflicts, missing records, mismatched identities — with guidance for requesting corrections.
